| The organisation of chalets was from the beginning
one of the most important business of the village. One
another ocassion was the grass to keep the cattle alive.
They made butter, cheese and mesbutter (butter from
goat milk) behov på vallarna.
Ytterstvallen: Today a living chalet which been in
use since 1950, as a café Som våfflebruk
och servering. Mother Erika started the våfflebruket
and after that took Märta Bakken over. Nowadays is it
driven on the wintertime by her son Christer and his
wife Christina.
